Some of our products contain nicotine, an addictive substance and are intended for use by those of legal smoking age and not by children or pregnant women.

2 Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 business day and delivery confirmed by way of e-mail with courier tracking number. We are not responsible for any lost due to shipping once it’s in the hands of the courier. Our shipping charges include packaging and handling fees.

4 Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Viking’s Vape (PTY) LTD is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Viking’s Vape (PTY) LTD will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 25% administration fee.
